§ 37.118 PROCEEDS OF TAX.
   All proceeds resulting from the imposition of the tax under this subchapter, including penalties, shall be paid into the Village Treasury, and shall be credited to and deposited in the corporate fund of the village and may be expended for any lawful purpose.
