(A) Any person found to be in violation of § 70.03 shall be subject to fine of not less than $75, and not to exceed $750.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 70.11 through 70.14 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during and on which a violation occurs or continues.
(C)Any person who violates any provision of §§ 70.20 through 70.28 shall upon conviction be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.
