§ 70.11 TRAILER PARKING PROHIBITED.
   (A)    Prohibition. It shall be unlawful to park a trailer on any street or highway within the village for more than 48 hours within any period of 30 consecutive days.
   (B)   Definition. For the purpose of this section, a TRAILER is any vehicle without motor power designed for carrying persons or property, and for being drawn by a motor vehicle.
   (C)   Exceptions. The provisions of this section do not apply to:
      (1)   Trailers owned by a public utility or a licensed contractor while actually in use during the construction, installation, or repair of any public utility;
      (2)   Trailers actually in use for the pick-up or delivery of goods, wares, or merchandise; delivery of commercial services or for delivering materials for repairing, altering, remodeling, or constructing the adjacent building; and
      (3)   Persons holding a valid trailer parking permit.
