§ 70.28 EXEMPTIONS.

Any golf cart, all-terrain vehicle, off-highway motorcycle, or recreational off-highway vehicle belonging to any municipal, state, county, district, federal, or tribal police, fire, Emergency Management Agency; or anyone requested, summoned, or directed by the same; shall be exempt from this subchapter.
