4-5-4: PENALTY:
Any person violating sections 4-5-1, 4-5-2 and 4-5-3 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 485A, 8-21-2014)
