   1309.20 SUBDIVISION APPLICATION FEE.
   (a)   A two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) fee shall be paid upon application for a minor subdivision.
   (b)   An eight hundred dollar ($800.00) fee shall be paid upon application for a major subdivision.
