(a) Before proceeding with the installation, construction or excavation for a permanent swimming pool, a permit shall first be obtained from the Building Inspector by the owner of the property upon which such swimming pool is to be installed, in accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Code and Building Code.
(b) Before a swimming pool permit is issued, a plot plan shall be submitted showing the location of the swimming pool with respect to lot lines and buildings; there shall also be submitted a list of materials and a description of the method of construction and the dimensions of the pool.
