   951.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of Sections 951.02 to 951.05, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of Section 951.06 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
