(a) No person shall molest, hunt, harm, trap, kill, chase, tease, shoot or throw missiles at any animal, reptile or bird; nor remove or have in his possession the young of any wild animal, or the eggs, nest or young of any reptile or bird.
(b) No person shall injure, deface, destroy, disturb or remove any part of the park or river, nor shall any tree, flower, shrub, other vegetation or fruit or seed thereof or rock or mineral be removed, injured, destroyed or disturbed.
