4-8-4: PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE REVENUES DERIVED FROM SAID NON-PROPERTY TAXES SHALL BE USED:
The local-option non-property tax revenue derived from and collected under this chapter shall be used only for the following purposes:
   A.    Public streets, sidewalks, pedestrian crosswalks, pathways, and other public rights-of-way which will help improve public health and safety.
   B.   Public parks maintenance, development, and beautification. (Ord. 711, 6-7-2021)
