(A) Any person who wilfully violates any provision of this ordinance or who wilfully violates any provision of the codes enumerated herein, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(B) A separate violation is deemed to have occurred with respect to each building not in compliance with this act. Each day such violation continues constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 324, 4-12-1976)
