Notwithstanding the provisions of the 2012 edition of the international building code or as subsequently amended regarding fees and all other fees required by this chapter, including, but not limited to, plan review fees, manufactured home permit fees, fees for investigation of condemned buildings, utility shed placement fees, and demolition of building fees, shall be established by resolution of the mayor and council in an additional building fee schedule.
