2-1-16A: FEE PAID TO CLERK, DEPOSITED INTO GENERAL FUND:
All fees paid to the city under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the city clerk at the time of making application for permits and shall be by the clerk deposited into the general fund. (Ord. 479, 12-10-1990)
