(A) Whenever "building official" is referred to and used in said 2009 edition of the international building code or as subsequently amended it shall be amended to read "building inspector" and all powers and duties imposed by said code upon the building official are hereby conferred on the building inspector pursuant to the provisions of title 1, chapter 12A of the city code of Cascade, Idaho.
