2-1-10: APPROACHES TO CITY ROADS AND STATE HIGHWAYS:
The building inspector shall require the installation of a driveway approach to the city streets or state highway that provides continuity of drainage along the right of way as required by the city superintendent. (Ord. 324, 4-12-1976)
