The approved editions of the following nationally recognized codes, for the adoption of subsequent editions of the code, except as herein amended, as adopted by the state of Idaho or the Idaho building code board together with any amendments or revisions to the Idaho building code made by the Idaho building code board through the negotiating rulemaking process are hereby adopted by reference for all areas within the incorporated limits of Cascade, Idaho, unless otherwise amended by ordinance of the city council:
The 2012 edition of the international building code or as subsequently amended;
The 2009 edition of the international residential code or as subsequently amended;
The 2012 edition of the international existing building code;
The 2009 edition of the international energy conservation code or as subsequently amended;
The 2009 edition of the international fire code or as subsequently adopted by the Idaho state fire marshal with the administrative rule of IDAPA 18.01.50;
All provisions of the Idaho Code related to building safety and inspection as currently and subsequently adopted. (Ord. 670, 2-10-2014)
