8-12-10: RECORDS AND INSPECTIONS:
The Grantee shall keep accurate books of account for the collection of the franchise fees hereunder and the City shall have the right to inspect the same at all times during business hours, and from time to time audit the same for the purpose of determining gross revenues under Section 8-12-8 above.
