8-12-9: INCREASE OF FRANCHISE FEE; APPROVAL BY VOTERS:

The City shall have the right during the term of this Franchise Ordinance codified herein to increase the franchise fee hereunder up to three percent (3%), by obtaining approval of a majority of voters of the City voting on the question at an election held in accordance with section 50-329A, Idaho Code. (Ord. 537, 8-28-95)
