All of the Grantee's electric property and facilities in and upon the present and future streets, alleys, highways and public places within the corporate limits of the City shall be constructed and at all times maintained in good order and condition and in accordance with standard engineering practices and all applicable safety codes and lawful governmental regulations, including all construction standards presently in effect by the Idaho Public Utilities Commission or adopted by that Commission during the term of this franchise agreement.
