There are hereby imposed aircraft tie-down area rental fees at the Cascade Municipal Airport, which fees shall be as follows:
Annual Fees $60.00
Monthly Fees 7.50
All aircraft tie-down area rental fees imposed by this Section shall be paid in advance, to the Airport Manager.
All taxes and fees collected by the Airport Manager under this Section shall be remitted by him to the City Clerk at least once per month and shall by the Clerk be deposited in the City Airport Fund. (Ord. 389, 8-9-82, eff. 9-1-82)
