7-1-5: LIMITATION ON TURNING IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION; NO U-TURN; PENALTY:
   (A)   The driver of a motor vehicle shall not turn such vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction or make a U-turn on Main Street on that section of Main Street extending northerly from the south side of the intersection of Cascade Street with Main Street to the north side of the intersection of Main Street and the street named and designated as Old State Highway.
   (B)   On all other city streets U-turns are prohibited except at intersections.
   (C)   Any person convicted of a violation of any provision of this section shall be fined in a sum not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) for any one offense, and such person may be confined in the county jail for a period of not more than thirty (30) days.
