(A) Enforcement: The Fire Chief, or a duly authorized representative and any enforcement officer of the City shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this Chapter.
(B) Penalties: Each violation of any regulation hereunder shall be a misdemeanor, and for each day said violation shall continue, shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 552, 5-12-1997, eff. 6-1-1997)
