6-3-7: PERMIT PROCEDURE:
Permits for fires allowed to be burned only by permit are to be obtained from the Fire Chief. Procedure for issuance of this permit shall be established by the City Council. (Ord. 552, 5-12-1997, eff. 6-1-1997)
