(A) Contents: All permits must contain the following:
1. Name, address, phone number of permittee.
2. Location of proposed burning.
3. Conditions under which burning is to be allowed. The Fire Chief shall develop such conditions as reasonably necessary to provide for safe burning.
4. Signature of issuing officer.
5. Signature of permittee.
(B) Agricultural Burning Permits: Agricultural permits shall be granted the same as in subsection (A) of this Section. (Ord. 552, 5-12-1997, eff. 6-1-1997)
