5-2-4: PENALTIES:

A. Any person in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or by both. (Ord. 719, 6-13-2022; amd. Ord. 23-729, 7- -2023)
