5-1-25: UNLAWFUL INTERFERENCE; PENALTY:

Any person who shall hinder, molest or interfere with any person who is lawfully engaged in seizing or impounding any dog, keeping or killing the same or removing the carcass, shall upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 334, 4-11-77)
