5-1-16: DOG WARDEN; DUTIES:
The Dog Warden shall be, and is hereby authorized, to seize, keep and remove any dog in violation of the provisions of this Chapter of the City Code and this Ordinance, subject to and under the supervision and direction of the Mayor.
