5-1-15: DOG WARDEN; POUNDMASTER; DEPUTIES:
The office of Dog Warden is hereby created. The Dog Warden shall be appointed by the Mayor and such Dog Warden shall also be Poundmaster. The Dog Warden may, with the approval of the Mayor, appoint such deputy dog wardens and deputy poundmasters as may be required.
