5-1-7: HARBORING UNLICENSED DOGS:
Any person who shall possess, harbor or be in charge of any dog who shall fail or refuse or neglect to pay the license tax as in this Chapter provided, shall upon conviction thereof be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
