The annual license tax for every neutered male dog and every female dog which has been spayed shall be established by resolution and for every unneutered male dog and for every female dog not spayed, a fee will be established by resolution. No license tax shall be paid for less than one year. No license tax shall be prorated. All licenses shall expire on April 1 following the issuance thereof. (Ord. 577, 3-13-2000; amd.
