4-3-7: INSPECTION OF LICENSED PREMISES:

All police officers of the city shall have the right at any time to enter in and upon any such licensed premises, and it shall be unlawful to refuse any officer of the police force admittance to or access to such premises for the purpose of police control, regulation and inspection of such premises. (1976 Code)
