4-1-10: EXPIRATION OF PERMIT:

All permits issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on the date specified in the permit. No permit shall be issued for a period longer than one hundred and twenty (120) days. (Ord. 575, 11-22-1999; amd. Ord. 709, 3-22-2021)
