(A) The City Clerk or designee, with review by other city departments and government agencies as appropriate shall, upon finding all current city codes are being followed, review and authorize approval of the permit.
(B) The City Clerk or designee shall confirm with the owner(s) of the real property that the applicant has received permission to engage in or conduct business at the real property owner's specific location(s) identified in the application;
(C) The City Clerk shall have seventy-two (72) hours to consider and approve or deny an application pursuant to this chapter. The time for action upon an application may be extended by the Administrator in cases where the complexity of the project or changes made by the applicant during the review process require additional time to properly review and consider the application.
