15.40.840 Compliance with flood hazard reduction provisions required.
   If Sections 15.40.810 through 15.40.830 are satisfied, all new construction and substantial improvements shall comply with all applicable flood hazard reduction provisions of Sections 15.40.730 through 15.40.770.
