15.40.830 Placement in prohibited.
   The placement of any manufactured home within a floodway is prohibited except in existing manufactured home parks or subdivisions. Existing manufactured homes may be replaced as long as the new home is no larger than the previous home located on the property and meets the elevation requirements in Section 15.40.760.
