4.05.010 Main sewer line payback fees.
   In the event that a proposed main sewer line and its ultimate branches and laterals increase sewer line capacity in a particular area not included in development impact fees in Casa Grande Municipal Code Section 04.02.060, the City may enact a sewer line payback fee for its costs in constructing that sewer line.
