Table 5.1-1 below sets forth the uses allowed within all general use districts except the Town Center district, Table 5.1-2 below sets forth the uses allowed within the Town Center district and Table 5.1-3 sets forth the uses allowed within the Corridor Transition district. Each of the uses listed in Tables 5.1-1, 5.1-2, and 5.1-3 are defined in the "Use Classifications" section of Chapter 12. Allowable uses for the PDD districts are discussed in Section 4.5.3(D). Any use not listed in Tables 5.1-1, 5.1-2, or 5.1-3 as a permitted use and not otherwise prohibited or restricted by this Ordinance is an "unlisted use" that shall only be permitted if approved by the Planning Director pursuant to Section 12.3.1 of this Ordinance.
