§ 95.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Anyone in violation of § 95.02 of this chapter shall be guilty of violating city ordinance and subject to punishment as described in § 93.99 of this code of ordinances.
