§ 93.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates or aids and abets in the violation of this chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $75, nor more than $750, shall be required by the court to make a disposition on the abandoned or unclaimed vehicle and pay all towing and storage charges pursuant to this chapter.
