(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the terms and provisions of §§ 70.30 through 70.32 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25, and not more than $500, for the first conviction, and not less than $50, and not more than $500, for the second and each subsequent conviction of §§ 70.30 through 70.32 of this chapter.
