§ 70.30  STATE VEHICLE CODE ADOPTION.
   The Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 12, entitled “Equipment of Vehicles”, as passed, approved and amended by the state’s General Assembly is hereby adopted by the city and the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the city.
