1103.01 PLAT APPROVAL REQUIRED.

   No plat of any subdivision shall be entitled to be recorded in the County Recorder's Office or have any validity until it shall have been approved in the manner prescribed herein by ordinance of Council. (Ord. 1973-10. Passed 1-8-74.)

1103.02 RESTRICTION ON ISSUANCE OF BUILDING OR REPAIR PERMITS.

   No building or repair permits shall be issued for any structure located on a lot in any subdivision plat which has been prepared after the date of the adoption of these Subdivision Regulations which has not been approved in accordance with the provisions contained herein.
