9-3-10: PENALTY:

Any person violating section 9-3-2, 9-3-6 or 9-3-7 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in a sum not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00). (Ord. 61, 12-9-1970)
