149.13 EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC FUNDS FOR COFFEE, MEALS, REFRESHMENTS AND OTHER AMENITIES FOR PUBLIC EMPLOYEES, MUNICIPAL OFFICERS OR OTHER PERSONS.

The Village Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to authorize and approve the purchase of coffee, meals, refreshments (excluding alcoholic beverages) and other amenities for Village officers, employees or other persons provided such expenditure does not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) per event, or six hundred dollars ($600.00) per year in the aggregate.
