(a) No owner, tenant or any other person, having possession of or control over a lot or land, shall fail to maintain such lot or land as required by Section 557.02.
(b) No owner, tenant, or any other person, having possession of or control over a lot or land, shall fail to trim low-hanging branches on trees on such lot or land as required in Section 557.03.
(c) No owner, tenant, or any other person, having possession of or control over a lot or land, shall fail to remove any diseased, damaged, or otherwise dangerous tree on such lot or land as required in Section 557.04.
