A. Provided In Budget: All officers and employees of the city shall receive the salaries provided for such officers and employees by the city's annual budget for the fiscal year.
B. Compensation Eligibility: No person shall receive or be entitled to the salary or compensation established for more than one office, regardless of any additional duties that may be performed, in the absence of specific provisions from the city council. Any salary or compensation of any appointed official or employee whose term of office is not set and made definite by statute may be changed at any time by ordinance. (Ord. 1504 Art. XII § 2)
