A. The city attorney's office may file a complaint against any person who violates the provisions of this title at any time, in order to prosecute such violations in city court, subjecting the person to the penalties as stated in subsections B and C of this section.
B. Except as provided in subsection 3-8-1B of this chapter, any person who is found guilty of or pleads guilty to violating any provision of this title shall be fined in an amount of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) in addition to any other costs or charges authorized by this title.
C. Any person who is found guilty of or pleads guilty to violating subsection 3-5-1A of this title shall be fined in an amount of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) in addition to any other costs or charges authorized by this title.
D. Any person who is found guilty of or pleads guilty to violating section 3-6-1, 3-6-2, 3-6-3, 3-6-4, 3-6-5, 3-6-6, 3-6-7, 3-6-8, 3-6-9 or 3-6-10 of this title shall be fined in an amount of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) in addition to any other costs or charges authorized by this title.
