3-6-10: LEASH OR CHAIN:
Animals shall be kept by use of leash and/or chain, specifically made for the containment of animals when the animal is not on the owner's premises while accompanied by the owner, or is on the owner's property if the animal is not in an enclosure. (Ord. 2006-64)
