3-6-4: REMOVAL OF DEAD ANIMALS:
If an animal dies within the city limits, the owner shall remove or cause the animal to be removed from the city limits and disposed of in a reasonable, nonhazardous, humane manner, within twenty four (24) hours after having received knowledge or information of the animal's death. (Ord. 2006-64)
