721.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions herein, in addition to the revocation of such license shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. If such offender has previously been convicted of a violation herein, any subsequent violation shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree. (Ord. 1980-17. Passed 4-l-80.)
